Having trouble logging into your VideoAsk account? Donāt worry, weāll get you back in and videoasking again in no time. Below youāll find a few troubleshooting tips to help you on your way.
VideoAsk offers multiple ways to log in to your account. Before you begin, please make sure to use the same login method you chose when you created your account. Unsure of how you signed up? Reach out to the Support team by clicking Contact Support at the bottom of this page and using the email address you think youāve signed up with.
Note: If you canāt log in, it could be related to a system-wide issue weāre working on. Check out our VideoAsk status page for the most up-to-date information.

You could have trouble logging in with your email and password if:
- There's a typo in your email
- You signed up with a different email
- You've mistyped your password
You can reset your password to find out whatās causing the issue. Click the I forgot my password link and enter the email you signed up with. Youāll receive an email with a link to change your password and then youāll be able to log into your account.
If you donāt receive an email after 15 minutes, check your Spam folder. If itās not there, it could be that youāve signed up with a different email or have a typo in your email address. Please reach out to our Support team by clicking Contact Support at the bottom of this page with as much information as possible and include the email address you think youāve signed up with.
I canāt log in with my Typeform account
If youāve signed up to VideoAsk with your Typeform account, youāll need to click the Log in with Typeform button.
Youāll be redirected to the Typeform login page. Enter your Typeform credentials and click Log in to Typeform. This will log you in to your VideoAsk account.
Note: If youāve signed up to Typeform with Google or Microsoft, youāll need to click either the Sign in with Google or the Sign in with Microsoft button on the Typeform login page.
I canāt log in with my Apple ID
If you originally signed up to VideoAsk with your Apple ID, click the Log in with Apple button.
Youāll then be prompted to enter your Apple ID to sign in to VideoAsk.
Please reach out to the Apple Support team if youāre having trouble with your Apple ID.
I canāt log in with my Facebook account
If you signed up to VideoAsk with your Facebook account, click the Log in with Facebook button.
Youāll then be prompted to enter your Facebook credentials to log in.
I canāt log into the iOS app
If youāve signed up to VideoAsk with your email and password, click the Log in link on the iOS app.
Note: If youāve signed up with Typeform, Apple, Facebook, or SSO, click on the button that corresponds with the method youāve signed up to VideoAsk with. Youāll be redirected to those servicesā login pages to log in to your VideoAsk account.
Then enter your email and password on the next screen to log in.
I forgot my password
If you donāt remember your VideoAsk account password, click the I forgot my password link to reset it.
Note: You wonāt receive a password reset email from VideoAsk if youāve signed up via Typeform. Youāll need to reset your password through Typeform if youāve forgotten your Typeform password.
Youāll receive an email with the subject line Reset your password. Open the email and confirm your request by clicking the click here link.
Note: If you donāt receive an email after 15 minutes, please check your Spam folder. If the email isnāt in your spam folder, please reach out to our Support team with as much information as possible.
A new browser tab will open to reset your password. Enter your new password and repeat it in the second field, then click Reset password. Once your password has been reset, youāll be able to log in to your account with your new password.
My account is blocked
Your account could be blocked if youāve made too many failed login attempts by either mistyping your email or password too many times. Youāll see the below message if your account has been blocked, but donāt worry, youāll be able to unblock it!
An email will be automatically sent to the email address associated with your account with the subject line Account blocked. (If you donāt receive the email, please check your Spam folder, or you might have mistyped your email address. Reach out to the Support team if you don't receive the email.)
Open the email youāve received and click the click here link to unblock your account.
The link will open a new tab in your browser and youāll see the Account Unblocked message (pictured below). Then you can go back to the VideoAsk login page and enter your email and password or reset your password if youāve forgotten it.
